Paul Kemp

Principal Mediator

Having qualified as a solicitor in 1977, specialising in family law, Paul then trained as a Family Mediator in 1990.

​

He is a supervisor (Professional Practice Consultant) for a number of family mediators and has supported many more through their Family Mediation Council Accreditation.

​

He is also accredited to undertake Child Inclusive Mediation – giving children and young people the opportunity to have their voices heard in the family mediation process.

With a Law Degree and a background in both the Youth Justice Service and the homeless sector, Catherine brings a unique blend of professionalism, care, and efficiency to our team. Leanne Hayward

Family Mediator

Leanne Hayward is a member of the Family Mediators Association.

​

Leanne worked as a family solicitor until 2016 and gained considerable experience dealing with family disputes. She trained as a Family Mediator in 2014 and subsequently secured full FMC Accreditation.

Sally Stokes

Family Mediator

Sally completed her family mediation training in 2017 and is now completing the Accreditation process. She is a member of the Family Mediators Association.

Sally also is a qualified Social Worker with a career spanning over 20 plus years, bringing her knowledge, expertise, and a wealth of experience. Sally enjoys working with and advocating for children and young people.

Kirsty Drew

Kirsty Drew, a law graduate, has worked for a number of years in legal and mediation practices and has been an integral part of our team since we established the practice almost a decade ago.

 

Having completed the renowned Family Mediators Association Foundation Training, Kirsty is working towards full FMC Accreditation under Paul’s supervision.  Kirsty continues to oversee the administration of the practice.

Nell Pearce-Higgins

Family Mediator

Nell is currently working towards her Accreditation.

​

Before this she worked as a solicitor, specialising in Family Law. She has experience in a wide range of areas including high net worth cases, LGBTQ clients, alternative family structures and child arrangements.

 

She enjoys using her professional experience to empower people to resolve their disagreements and to reach solutions that work for them and for their children.

Claire Jackson

Family Mediator

Claire qualified as a barrister in 1994. She then became Principal Lecturer on the Bar Professional Training Course, training postgraduates to become barristers and solicitors.

Since then, Claire has been a mediator for the past nine years. 

‘I am passionate that children’s voices should be heard, and the many ways in which this can happen; from understanding about children’s developmental needs and how they interact with the necessary transition in separation, to hearing directly the child’s narrative.’

Neil Robinson

Consultant Mediator

FMC Reg No 0428A

Neil is a member of Family Mediators Association, Resolution and The Law Society Mediation Panel. He has been a family lawyer since 1980 and a mediator since 1990 and is recognised to work with children and to undertake publicly funded work. He is also a Visiting Professor in the Staffordshire University Law School.
